The steel plate we use:

The block mold we produce

In the market,most supplier use normal steel plate to produce the machine,but we use Q235 manganese steel,it is thicker and
resistant to wear.It will make production cost higher but will let your machine work life longer than others.

We use whole steel plate to produce the mold for you,instead of using scrap steel for secondary welding.The advantage of this is
that the steel plate has fewer welding points, the failure rate is low in the later period, and it is not easy to split in use.
The mold also has longer use life. But the cost of raw materials increased.
